Azeroth Survivors Items: Gear Sets, Weapons, Rings, Amulets & Rewards
Updated · Game version checked: the build served at wow.aethus.pl on Oct 22, 2026 (alpha, changes often)
Azeroth Survivors has two kinds of items. Gear (class armor sets and weapons) drops from bosses and stays in your collection between runs. Rings, trinkets and amulets are offered during a run by battleground caches, elites and guardians, and grow when you pick them again. Achievements pay for account-wide perks, companions and tabards. All names below come from the game's English text, read Oct 22, 2026.
Gear: how it drops and what it adds
- Drops: "{zone} drops {rarity} pieces for a {class}. Each piece drops on its own roll; a duplicate adds nothing." The armory shows which bosses drop each piece.
- Rarities: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, plus PvP.
- Slots: Head, Shoulder, Chest, Waist, Legs, Feet, Wrist, Hands, Main Hand, Off Hand, Ranged, Back.
- Only worn pieces count. Right-click to equip; Shift+right-click shows a piece as the slot's look without wearing it.
- Stat bonuses gear can carry: Damage, Cooldowns, Max health, Critical strike, Critical damage, Movement speed, Damage reduction, Health per second, Pickup range, Gold, Area of effect, +1 target to every ability, Chance for an ability to strike twice.
The text does not say which set name belongs to which rarity or zone, so we list them in the game's order and do not match them up.

Which spells each class uses with its gear: Azeroth Survivors classes and talents.
Rings, trinkets and amulets
- Where they come from: battleground caches (right-click one and pay its gold price), elites and guardians. A slain guardian's lair "yields jewelry. Choose one."
- Picking one again upgrades the ring or trinket you wear; an amulet offered again while worn is empowered, "its numbers grow toward three times their own."
- Legendary amulets remake one spell each, so each class has its own, and they are offered only once your hero knows that spell.
- The codex keeps every ring, trinket and amulet a run has offered you, on any hero.
Rings and trinkets (22)
Band of Accuria, Quick Strike Ring, Heavy Dark Iron Ring, Master Dragonslayer's Ring, Archimtiros' Ring of Reckoning, Ring of the Devoured, Ring of Spell Power, Seal of the Damned, Blooddrinker's Band, Earthstrike, Talisman of Ephemeral Power, Lifegiving Gem, Hand of Justice, Blackhand's Breadth, Carrot on a Stick, Gnomish Universal Remote, Insignia of the Horde, Royal Seal of Eldre'Thalas, Mark of the Chosen, Onyxia Blood Talisman, Horn of the Warchief, Major Soulstone.

The game text names each piece but does not tie every name to its effect in one place, so we do not list effects per item.

FAQ
How does gear work in Azeroth Survivors?
Bosses drop gear for the class you play, and it stays in your collection. Each zone drops pieces of a set rarity for a class; each piece rolls on its own and a duplicate adds nothing. Only worn pieces add their bonuses.
Where do rings, trinkets and amulets come from?
Battleground caches (bought with gold), elites and guardians offer them during a run. Rings, trinkets and most amulets can come up for any class; legendary amulets remake one spell each, so each class has its own.
What are perks in Azeroth Survivors?
Account-wide upgrades bought with achievement points on the Rewards tab, such as extra rerolls, banishes, a companion pet and better boss loot odds. Every hero of every class has them, and you can reset them a limited number of times per save.
How many class gear sets are there?
Each of the 9 classes has five named sets in the game's text (for example Warrior: Recruit's, Valor, Might, Wrath, Dreadnaught), plus two PvP sets, Field Marshal's and Warlord's.
